Foundation of WCC Arts and Humanities Lecture

The Foundation of Wayne Community College’s Arts and Humanities fall series begins with “The View from a Booth: Waffle House Vistas and the Art of Paying Attention.”

Micah Cash will give this lecture on Monday, Oct. 5, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 147 of WCC’s Pine Building. It is free and open to the public.

Cash, a North Carolina artist and photographer, will share the story behind Waffle House Vistas, his critically acclaimed photographic project and book. He will discuss how sustained observation, documentary practice, and an engagement with the built environment inform his work.
