This is our last summer camp this year.
Small group camps – limited to 10 children for a personal farm experience._
_Dates: July 21-23 Time: 9am - 1pm
Nature Seekers Camp invites children to step into the role of young explorers as they spend their days immersed in the forests, fields, and waterways of Acorn Acres. Through guided hikes and outdoor discovery, participants will learn to observe the natural world more closely while building confidence, resilience, and curiosity in an outdoor setting.
Children will be introduced to foundational outdoor skills such as basic archery, nature-based survival skills, and wilderness awareness. They will practice problem-solving through hands-on experiences like shelter building, navigation games, and learning how to read signs of wildlife and changing weather patterns.
Creative expression is woven throughout the experience as students use natural materials to create nature-inspired art, crafts, and land-based installations. Through journaling, sketching, and collaborative projects, children will explore the connection between creativity and the natural environment.
Each day includes a balance of structured learning and open-ended exploration. Campers will enjoy time hiking woodland trails, observing native plants and animals, splashing in the creek, and engaging in imaginative play in the forest.
Nature Seekers Camp encourages children to develop a deeper relationship with the outdoors while building practical skills, creativity, and a sense of wonder for the natural world.
