HarborWell is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving community wellness by connecting individuals and families with trusted resources before challenges become crises. Through personalized care navigation, maternal wellness initiatives, community outreach, and our internal care management system, HarborWell Connect, we help people access the support they need while strengthening collaboration among healthcare providers, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations throughout Wayne County and Eastern North Carolina.
